Liability Release & Health Acknowledgment

By engaging with the services, resources, and information provided by Evolve Nutrition, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, strategy sessions, training programs, blog posts, ebooks, consultations, and group training programs, I acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and forever discharge Evolve Nutrition and its consultants, officers, representatives, and employees from any and all responsibility, liability, costs, and expenses, including injuries, damages or illness, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from participation in any activity, training, program, or product designed or offered by Evolve Nutrition.

I am aware of my own health and physical condition and understand that my participation in any diet or exercise program may be injurious to my health. By voluntarily participating in these activities, I assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

Medical Waiver and Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that Evolve Nutrition and its staff are not physicians or psychologists, and their consultation services do not include the treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I suspect that I may have an ailment or illness requiring medical attention, I agree to consult with a licensed physician without delay. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs, and any mention of drugs during consultation is solely for the purpose of providing a complete history of medications. I understand that any change in prescription or dosage is a decision I make with my physician.

Eating Disorder Disclaimer

I affirm that I do not suffer from an eating disorder or any other condition that may impact my ability to safely participate in a diet or exercise program. If I have any concerns about my mental or physical health, I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any programs or activities offered by Evolve Nutrition.

Physical Examination

I acknowledge the importance of obtaining a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. By participating in physical exercise or training activities, I do so entirely at my own risk.

Acknowledgement of Release

With full understanding of the risks involved, I hereby acknowledge and accept this release, and release the consultants, officers, representatives, and employees of Evolve Nutrition from liability for any accidental injury or illness that may occur as a result of my participation in the said physical activity and programming. I assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

I agree to hold all Confidential Information provided to me during my engagement with Evolve Nutrition in strict confidence, recognizing its exclusive benefit to me. I will ensure that access to such information, including electronic communications such as my individual coaching program, is restricted to third parties only as reasonably necessary. Without prior written approval from Evolve Nutrition, I will not publish, copy, or disclose Confidential Information to others, nor permit its use to the benefit or detriment of Evolve Nutrition.

Evolve Nutrition Consultations

Following the completion of the one-time consultation, I understand that there is no expectation for continued assistance, support, or services beyond the scope of the initial consultation. I acknowledge that the purpose of this consultation is to provide guidance and recommendations for a specific time frame, and no ongoing commitment or obligation for additional services is implied. I further understand that the purchase and/or participation in any program does not guarantee results.

*$60 credit may be applied to 1-on-1 coaching after the completion of a Consultation. Credit may be used on the following one-on-one services: Lifestyle, Macro, and Performance Coaching. This offer is not valid for Group Coaching, 21 Day Kickstart, or other self-paced programs offered.

Cancelation, Currency & Refund Policy

Nutrition subscription: You may cancel your nutrition subscription at any time by sending your coach a message at least 5 business days prior to your billing date. Please note that the one-on-one coaching programs require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After completing the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel at any time. Subscriptions and services are non-transferable and non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full subscription fee for the current billing cycle upon cancellation. 

Please be aware that we do not offer the option to pause or refund services. If your career, job, or lifestyle involves the possibility of traveling in areas with limited internet access, we highly recommend opting for a month-to-month subscription.

*Note: Evolve Nutrition coaches take 2 vacation weeks per year. The first week is of their choosing, and you will be notified in advance, with your check-in skipped during their absence. The second week occurs during the last week of December when Evolve Nutrition is closed for the week, and your check-in will be skipped. There are no refunds, credits, or pauses for these two weeks. 

Subscriptions and services are non-transferable and non-refundable. All prices posted on our website are in US dollars.
