HOW IT WORKS

 

1) BOOK A CONSULT

Book a 30 minute consultation to talk briefly with a nutrition coach about your goals and past nutrition history. After getting to know you, your coach will suggest which path would be the best for you.

Our coaches will provide you with actionable information for your specific goals in this consultation whether or not you choose to hire them as your nutrition coach.

 

2) FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE

When beginning coaching, you'll be asked to fill out a questionnaire that lets your coach know exactly what your goals are, food preferences, workout regimen, dieting history, and more. This questionnaire is VERY detailed. The more information you can provide your coach, the better!

 

03. FOLLOW YOUR CUSTOM PROGRAM

Your coach will use your questionnaire to create your custom macro program. Each week you will check in with your coach. Your weekly check-ins are your chance to let your coach know how things are going beyond the numbers. Your coach will use your check-ins to tweak your plan when needed based on your results.

FOOD DIARY SYNCING

Our software links seamlessly with MacrosFirst, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, MyMacros+, Apple and Google Health. By using one of these apps to track your food, our app automatically syncs your food diary for effortless check-ins.

HABIT TRACKING

If you're struggling with certain aspects of your nutrition, or simply looking to build more consistency in your life, habit tracking is a helpful way to make sure you're implementing those changes. 

DETAILED CHECK-INS

You will check-in with your coach weekly through our software. In that check-in, we ask it all! How your week went, any challenges you experienced, wins you achieved, your energy, sleep, mood, physical progress, and more. We take that data to make adjustments if needed, as you make progress.

PROGRESS TRACKING

From your profile you can watch your progress overtime. Bodyweight, measurements, and progress photos are uploaded each week to keep track of your progress.

HEALTH SYNCING

Our software links with Apple Health, Google Health, and FitBit to track your daily steps, sleep, resting heart rate, activity, and more. These are useful tools for helping use understand and analyze your progress each week.

All coaching programs begin with a 30-minute video consultation with a coach.

During this call, we will:

  • Review you nutrition history (what's worked/hasn't worked in the past as well as what you're currently doing)
  • Discuss your specific goals
  • Set a plan to get you moving in the right direction
  • Suggest which coaching program would be best for you, if you decide you would lie further coaching and accountability.

You will walk away with actionable information and a getting started plan based on your goals.
